1. About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase from CraftPunjab, based in Lahore, Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to them. Our contact details are on our Contact page.

2. Our pieces
Each piece is handmade or vintage, and no two are identical. Natural variation, age-related wear and marks of use are part of a piece’s character. We describe each piece honestly and to the best of our knowledge, and we photograph it as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens.

3. Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. Pieces marked “Price Upon Request” are quoted individually. Because every piece is one of a kind, it may be sold before your order is confirmed. If that happens, we will tell you promptly and refund any payment you have made.

4. Orders and payment
We accept payment by bank transfer or in cash at our Lahore atelier. After you place an order, we will contact you to arrange payment. Your order is confirmed when we receive your payment.

5. Inspection and returns
Because each piece is one of a kind, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We welcome you to inspect any piece in person at our Lahore atelier before you buy. Contact us to arrange a visit. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

6. Shipping and delivery
We ship within Pakistan and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are confirmed with you before you pay. White-glove transit is available on request for delicate or valuable pieces. Please inspect your piece on arrival and tell us promptly, in writing and with photographs, about any damage in transit. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs requirements in their country.

7. Intellectual property
All photographs, text and designs on this website belong to CraftPunjab and may not be reused without our written permission.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
